Add UE Mapping

Create a new mapping between a tenant and specific User Equipment (UE) identifiers, including IMSI, IMEI, and APN values. This endpoint binds unique subscriber hardware to a specific Tenant Service Group (TSG) for targeted policy application. Use this when onboarding individual devices or static IoT sensors that require persistent, identity-based security within the 5G network.
