List Configured Mappings

GET 
/mt/monitor/5g/mapping/configuredUEs

Retrieve the count of all UE mappings that have been manually configured by administrators within the system. This provides a baseline of "known-good" devices that are authorized for 5G access. Compare this count against active registrations to identify if configured devices are failing to connect.
