Provision Vlan Attachment

Create a new virtual circuit, known as a VlanAttachment, within an Interconnect to enable data transfer. This establishes the actual logical path for Prisma Access traffic routing through the Service Provider. Deploy this when initializing new egress paths or adding redundant links for regional reliability. Required parameters include a unique name, BGP Peer ASN, and BFD initialization mode to ensure robust connectivity.
